It is best served with all kinds of meat but it also goes  very well with cheese.

Rubis d'Arfeuille 

As the wine is vinified at low temperature to develop the fruit aromas, we can find the taste of black fruits typical of Syrah.

It is best served with beef or barbecued meats.
